The PanaVise 201 "Inferior" miniature vise is a combination of quality the lot and durability, ease of adjustment and available accessories. Designed for use in measly projects requiring precise soldering, gluing and cat's-paw work, the 201 Junior miniature vise features spat adjustability up to 210-degrees along with 360-to a considerable extent turns and rotations, fine and course clamping abilities, grooved jaws for informal holding power, heat-tolerant jaws, compatibility with other vise components and more.

The PanaVise Model 201 Inferior miniature vise is a versatile, multi-use mini-vise that is correct for use in everything from arts and crafts, to model making, electronics and other unoriginal projects. Lightweight, yet durable, the vise is designed around a vise paramount assembly constructed of a black glass reinforced thermal composite combination connected to a die cast zinc base by PanaVise's patented ball collaborative clamp system, known as a "split-ball." The split-ball system not only holds items within the vise leading position assembly securely in position, but also allows for maneuvering of them along three separated planes. The complete range of mobility feasible with the split-ball joint clamp system is a 210-status tilt to the left or right, along with either an angled rotation or above-board turn range of 360 degrees. This catalogue of mobility, especially the large left-to-Tory tilt, allows you to rearrange items being worked on into for all practical purposes any position, limiting the need to adjust the inclusive position of the vise or the item within the vise.

how can you make plastic model ships look battle damaged? any ideas or tips?
For new ships, you really build a part of the interior during construction of the model. Then you thin plastic around your area of damage or replace it with thin styrene plastic debris. Torn railings, break between compartments, and the damage caused by fire! You can, if the scale is large enough, use a pin or drilling hot needle to simulate bullets.
The woody ships, you can replace the damaged area to be with a few sheets of wood and pocket and take it.

depending on how big it is, you can through logs or pellets airsofting (I think that is what they are called!) at the meeting. Or maybe get a light of candle and a little burn. Oh I do not know, but good luck!
what type of model paint should I use to paint model plastic tall ships? Acyillic or enamal?

Use enamels to go on a bender all the main stucture then use watered down acrylics to add washes to create 'weathering' and to bring out texture such as 'wood pip' and 'canvas sails'.By applying unthinned acrylic as a 'dry brush' (dip the brush then remove most of the paint by wipeing on a conglomeration) use a flicking motion across edges to add high lights on 'wood' and openings.
I as usual use the testor brand of enamal paint when painting by hand with a brush.
When spray painting (with an airbrush) I use either but don't normally paint one type over the top of another. I've had a couple of problems with one type reacting badly to the other (probably because the first coat was not yet totally dry...?).
