My without delay to be ex was recently charged with forging and cashing a personal check that she stole from her own 18 year old son to pocket the funds Made the correspond payable to her and forged his signature on the bottom. Pretty ruthless to obtain a couple hundred dollars. The investigating catchpole stated he filed charges for theft, identity theft and forgery. One misdemeanor and two felonies. In the before five weeks she has been opening new checking accounts, kiting checks between banks and bouncing checks to retailers. these are still in the chrestomathy phase and have not been turned over to authorities. She owes some banks more than one thousand dollars each. No previous charges or convictions of this pattern yet for her. What kind of sentence could she expect for a class one misdemeanor and two class four felonies in Arizona,
Since this is a foolish amount, and she has no previous record, she may get probation with community service, or a suspended sentence.
