I saw when I was a spoon and can not remember that part. a boy is sucked or placed in an envelope and attached to a dragon kite and the kite flies. if anyone knows what to talk please im me not to find what it is called. I think it may be a Disney movie, it is customary on Disney Channel in the early 90s or early 80s.
